This is an important subject that few are talking about.  Elders are responsible for overseeing our spiritual growth and that often requires spending a life on another planet in order to learn about it.

Elders are ancient souls whose wisdom transcends time.  They outrank all angels no matter how senior they are.  Typically Elders are appointed to their charges at birth.  That said, Elders are free to choose who they want to mentor although that is less common.

Elders often follow us through multiple lifetimes something that stops once we no longer need them.
