My father was offered a job as a perfumer in Brasil.  In 1961 we moved as a family from England to Petrópolis, located in the state of Rio de Janeiro.  I was only 7 years old at the time.

Our first home in Petrópolis was rented.  It was a small house and as it turned out not well suited to the family.  I had a vision about the house that I still remember with great clarity.  I was standing by a wall facing the living room.  I noticed the landing to the left that led to the bedrooms and realized that the light was off in the living room.  Then I noticed the kitchen light was on and I felt the need to go there as I knew I would be safe as my parents were there.  

At the time I had no idea I was having a vision or why I was having it. Years later I was told that the house was filled with evil spirits and that I had sensed them.  Furthermore my parents had all kinds of problems with the house not to mention the fact that it was not in a convenient place near the city.  We did not remain there very long and moved to a larger house within the city limits.  Life was a lot better after we left our haunted house!
